Morning Losers!

That has to be the worst nights sleep I've had this year. Unbelievably warm! Having to wear jeans and a shirt to work is the most unappealing thing I can think of. I shall ask the boss on the policy of wearing shorts to work!
Today, more testing of studios, it gets a bit tedious after a while, but it makes the time pass and is worth doing.

Judo later, which will be painful and warm. Mmm

Laters!

Long trousers and shirts - I feel your pain!

    Mornin' window lickers

After a terribley busy Friday and great weekend (well done to the Kasieristas - brill effort on the hottest day of the year) it's back into the grind stone and, I beleive, document composing - we have a new system and it needs an instrcution manual. WOuld rather be playing with it, than writing about it, but hey-ho, gotta take the rough with the smooth!

There shall be coffee - I'm beginning to feel traces of blood in my caffiene stream, and that can't be healthy!

Onwards! To coffee! And ..... and..... yeah... and .....stuff?

    Hello monkey fiddlers!
Good weekend will be ruined by the time everyone else gets into work today.
Was on call all weekend, pain in the backside and it also meant that i missed out on supporting a Crudder at www.thekaiserchallenge.com so we need a final push on donations. I kept updated with El-Cap and Mutley over the weekend, just a shame i couldnt be there in person.
Did swinley yesterday on its newly opened trails, much fun , not in a testing way, but if you just want a easy flowy fun ride, cant recomend anywhere better.
Today see's lots of emaills and general rubbish.

    Onwards to coffee's and sweating!

Although it's only Monday today is my Thursday. A good weekend was had although I didn't get as H'd as I was planning to.

Very warm this morning and I cannot get any airflow going through the building to cool it down. It's going to be a long day.

    Later......

extremely hot and good weekend was had, until the netbook broke, which resulted in spending a good amount of sunday looking for a solution.

Today will be spent in the office, wishing i was sat outside :(

I'm having quite good fun winding people up about the tennis yesterday. I don't like tennis, I think it's a stupid sport, so when I say that they only think it's the best final ever because there was a Brit in the final, I keep getting told I'm being 'boring' and a 'damp squid'

Busy weekend by all accounts for me. I actually braved up and rode Saturday instead of taking my bike for a walk(well actually I rode someone elses bike but hey riding a bike counts). This has made me positive that I need a new bike asap, just don't know which one. Maybe just liberating someone elses for as long as possible is the way to go as I don't need to spend any money then. Much chilling then at the parentals for the afternoon in the garden in the sun and then the evening spent working.

Yesterday was driving an antiquated tractor round and round fields mixing up drying grass for hay making, just making dust and then getting covered in it. Not my favourite thing in the whole world. I have also been bitten by horseflies - loathsome things - as I am now covered in itchy bites. Then sitting in the air conditioned luxury of a cinema watching Superman - now I wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crackers.

Work is yuck - only thing motivating me this week is the thought of a 4 day weekend coming up for me! :)

    Afternoon Scuttlers

Begger me its hot out, I have been garden clearing and its a touch warm out there, I'm sweating like 38 Britons waiting for a knock on the door regarding a missing infant.

Muscles are just recovering following a very warm Kaiser Challenge.

anyway, Avanti to do a bit more....tarrah

What a start to the week, fired from my job, time to get job hunting!

Kinda glad, as making teeth is a horrible industry.

    Anyone got any jobs :P

    Evening Reprobates,

Long day at work, not much else to report but at least will be on the bike tomorrow am. Had to cancel my day at Cwmcarn later this month as well so not happy right now

    Good Evening Freaks!

Warm one today. Had the day off work, so cleaned the car at 07:30 this morning before it became too warm to polish it, destroyed the rear wheel on the BMX bike I'm building for my grandson - sidewall of the rim completely failed in a quite spectacular fashion - took the NRS for a nice dusty ride (it still creaks like a creaky thing - but only when I pedal, so could just be my knees), and have just taken the hounds out for a walk now the sun's gone down and it's a bit cooler for them.

All in all, an excellent day. :D

Excellent weekend of pedalling was had, discovered that some of my mates really need to man up and just pedal more. I even managed to mince down the black on the W2, on me own.

Bryn Bettws: basic and does what it says on the tin.. Although a little overpriced if you ask me.
There's no wifi. Phone network coverage is bad, especially on O2, and I don't mean 3G, I mean no service. Bring your own towels. The mattresses are made entirely of springs. All of the doors slam unless you think to stop them. There are midges (obviously, it's Wales). The food is served between 5.30pm - 7pm. Don't expect to get any food after that time.
The evening food is great value for money. The breakfast is excellent. The view is great. There's a couple of lockable containers - take your own bike locks and your pride and joy shouldn't go walkies. The showers work well. There's showers to use even if you're not staying at the lodge. There's an honesty bar. There's a burger shack during the day. But the best part is that it's a descent to start the Y Wal/W2 routes... And it's a descent to get back too.

    Kisses
