Started cycling 4 months ago did my first 100 yesterday

Well yesterday i did my first 100 mile ride,i am so chuffed with myself today although i am aching a bit, i have only been cycling 4 months and my furthest ride before this was 50 miles so it was quite a jump,i dont think i will be back to do it in a hurry though,i didnt realise some of the hills were gonna be that [url=bighttp://app.strava.com/activities/64892501]bighttp://app.strava.com/activities/64892501[/url]
