Pressfit bb86 options

I've got a new Scott which uses the PF bb86. Do the SRAM standard bb86 bearings spin well or will it be worth going for the ceramic option? I remember that my standard FSA bb30 bearings span virtually as well as the ceramic ones, whilst with a GXP setup the ceramic ones were much better spinning than the standard ones.
Alternatively, is using the metal housed bearings of the FSa bb86s they have on Wiggle asking for creaks to develop, loctite or no loctite?

If anyone ever comes back to this via a search I will add here that I ended up using the new Hope pf41 ceramic version. You do need the specific fiting tool but the fact that each half screws into each other hopefully means that the creaks of some pressfit bbs will not develop. Been using it since July successfully.
Spins nicely and just bought another one for my another new bike which also has bb86.0
