Watching Le Tour in Tours

Hi folks,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section?
I'll be near Tours next week when the race is finishing there one day and starting the next.
I've checked the map on the Tour website so I can see what streets it'll be on etc but can anyone tell me what I should expect?
How many nearby streets will be closed? Is it easy to guess how close to the route I can get when thinking about parking?
Is it hours and hours early that you need to be there for a good place?
With Tours being a city, will they have screens etc?

Any advice welcome.
