Bottom Bracket help

I wonder if you guys can help?
I have recently learned how to change a bottom bracket on my Carrera road bike and wondered if it was the same idea on a carbon bike?
I have a Jamis Xentih Endura Sport 2012 http://www.evanscycles.com/products/jam ... 6#features which has a FSA PowerDrive Sealed Cartridge, 68 × 108mm and wondered if this was something I could do myself as I really enjoyed doing the Carrera BB and really want to be able to repair it myself.
What tools would I need to do the job?

It looks like you'll be OK with the tools you used before. Powerdrive appears to be a screw in cartridge type BB with a splined spindle. You might want to look on the FSA website for instructions on crank removal.
The frame mentions BB30 bottom bracket shell, which is designed for press-fit bearings, but I'm assuming yours has an adapter pressed in to take the threaded cartridge type BB0 -
Thanks keef66 I took a look at the FSA site and it was very helpful.
Just wondered do you know if I'd need a tool to put in the adjuster cups, and with the frame being carbon do you have to be extra careful when working on the bikeJamis Xenith Endura Sport 2012

I think you just need the shimano type splined BB tool to take out the old BB and put in a new one. Since your BB30 shell has a threaded insert pressed into it, don't go mad when tightening up the new BB. Borrow a torque wrench if possible, and see if you can find a recommended torque setting for your frame.0
