traning preston

Hi.
I am in Preston for couple of weeks and taking bike.
Any weekend/midweek rides with decent pace for training organised?
Also looking to do crit within reasonable distance?

    Not sure about training rides ..but there are crits tue nights at salt ayre Lancaster (only an hour from Preston ) and on Thursday evenings at UCLAN sports arena in Preston.
