Can this carbon be re-repaired?

My Pedalforce ZX3 frame developed some cracks around the seatstay a couple of years ago, these were repaired and since then I have been very careful with the frame (never hanging it, seatpost tightened using torque wrench, even lost some weight). Then this morning I noticed the cracks have returned and after a short ride have spread.

So the question is will repairing again just postpone the inevitable or is it a write off now? Any advice, anyone had similar problems on a frame? (click on the image to go to a flickr gallery with a few more shots)

    It can be repaired easily.

Align it as best you can, sand the tube to a matt finish and then wrap a resin soaked carbon mat bandage around the cracked tube.

I suspect it was always too thin for the loads it took.

Have you tried contacting the place that did the original repair? They may offer to fix it or it could be they didn't do a proper job. A good CF repair shop should be able to do a durable fix and would know if it needs reinforcement. Make sure you bring the seatpost with you as it may be slightly undersized, too short, misshaped, etc.
