I was just sent this link to a video showing why Russian drivers all use camcorders.

    they do have traffic police and lawyers, and therefore, it is better to have hard evidence...
    (and according to a Russian colleague of mine, this is the real reason)

    For the love of all that is holey.......that Niva driver at 3:52 needs to go buy a lottery ticket!
