Cannot upload large gpx file

Hi, recently I have come back from holidayas, where I had made six rides and had them recorded on Strava.
I wanted to upload them to bikeradar page, 5 did upload no problem, but the largest file, 132.9 miles ride does not upload onto bikeradar, it causes internal server 500 error. How do I upload that ride, so it can count towards July's Challenge?
