Just purchased some Schwalbe Marathon Racer 26.1.75 tyres for my MTB.
What is the advised PSI I should put in for my work commute.
The Schwalbe website recommends 3.0/5.0 Bar which is 43 - 72 PSI.
My commute is mainly road/path with a short stretch of gravel bridleway.

Try going mid-way around 55psi & see how that feels for you.
A higher psi will roll easier on tarmac, with less chance of pinch flats but may feel harsh on the gravel bridleway.
A lower psi will probably be more comfortable and may feel better on the gravel, but go too low & you risk a greater chance of punctures.

skydog's pretty much covered it. I have a very similar commute to you and run my Schwalbe Marathons as high a PSI as I can without incurring sketchy handling on the gravel and bridleway bits so about 65....If you do any more extreme or wet off-roading you'll definitely need to run at a lower PSI though.
