Bbright to gxp adapter

Hi all,
I'm putting together a cervelo r3 team 2012 with full sram red. In order to do this I've used a wheelsmith adapter to convert the bbright to gxp. All seems ok and the fit looks good, however, the bearings do feel a little tight. Not rough just stiff. I'm thinking this is normal as the grease is thick in the bb bearings until you get going but just wanted a little advice. If it helps, the cranks turn about 2/3 of a revolution then stop when you turn by hand.
Thanks
Ross

Sounds like bearing seal drag - assuming that the cranks rotate smoothly under light pressure and there's no 'sticky' points? It takes a while for the bearings to 'wear in' a littleMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Thanks for the reply. They rotate fine under hand pressure (no pedals yet!). I'll get out over the weekend and see how it goes
