Completed my first sportive yesterday, 52 miles on closed roads on the Great Manchester Cycle ride. Completed it in 2.41.08 at an average of 19.36. Its was 4 x 13 mile laps and all my laps were consistent thanks to the timing chip in my race number. It was a fantastic day definitely do it again and made up with my times, all the hard work payed off. :D
