What Size Giant Rapid 3 Fits Me?

Hello.
I am new to the forums and just getting back into cycling after being away for 10 years. Much has changed and I have been doing a lot of research about what king of bike is right for me to get back into it. I have pretty much decided to go with a flat bar road hybrid. The problem I have is trying to find good advice for sizing a bike that fits my body type. I have shorter legs and longer upper torso. I have herd that I should be getting a larger bike because of my upper torso, but others say I should go by my inseam, others say in between.
My height is 5'7" and my inseam is 29". What size of Giant Rapid 3 fits me?

I just found out that the Giant Rapid 3 for sale is actually a large. Looks like it's probably too big for me.0
