Birmingham to Tenby?

Wondered if anyone had a route from Birmingham to Tenby (actually going to Arbarth but near enough)

I do have a route to Brecon but wondered if anyone had a full route that I could borrow?

If you stick these two routes together it'll take you from Brecon to Tenby and beyond on quiet roads as much as possible.

Ill definitely be able to use it and doesnt seem too tough, but then again all routes dont seem tough on paper!

Lots of short steep climbs which are pretty tiring, I was knackered at Tenby Lovely route though.
