Quick question about Conti 4 Seasons -
One of the Duraskin threads on my rear tyres is quite clearly severed and there's a 5 mm long cut in the rubber that doesn't go through to the vectran breaker, would anyone else bin it?
I seem to be prone to tyres getting badly cut up despite avoiding the road edge and pot holes etc

depends when you inflate it really hard (like 120psi) does it bulge out at that point ? if so bin it...if not could chance it.
whilst their very tough tires I had one go with a flint slashed it...bad luck more then anything.
you could try the Gators tho their heavier and dont ride as well I've found them tougher0
