Did the runway rumble last night... A 4 hour 'sportive' org by Eastgate Cycles in Glos.
Idea being 'how far can you go in 4hrs'. A 2.3 mile course on the airfield at Staverton, Glos from 8:00 PM to midnite.
130 odd riders of all abilities attended and had a great ride out. Goody bag to all riders.
Well organised with everything on site.
The fast riders did 39 laps - I managed 37 and was well happy ...
The guy says he will organise it again for next year - Where do I sign up now ?
