Hi

Is there a special way to set these up?. Only been out on mine and squeaking when braking hard I have been told they do this for the first few miles until bedding in, is this correct?.

Thanks.

they'll *always* whine a bit due to the surface, it lessens once the rims get a build up of brake pad meterial - pad wear is rapid at first

if they're actually squealing, make sure the pads are set with the front 0.5-1.0mm closer to the rim than the rear
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

Yeah mine did this when you really brake in anger, soon stops but the first set of pads wear out super fast-luckily the second set seem to wear as normal

Easiest way to set these up with the correct amount of toe-in is to get someone to hold the brake lever in whilst you loosen off the pad holder bolt. Put a credit card in between the rear of the pad and the rim, then re-tighten the pad holder. Toe in now set, repeat on the other 3 pads.
