    Yep, doesn't quite fit the bill of "no hoper underdog" like they choose. Although he was a neo pro then.

    You do wonder whether something like that affected his confidence (in a positive way) and helped him now he's more experienced and very able.

    It was, what, 3-4 years ago now? I've been sort of following him ever since and was delighted when I found out he'd be wearing the tricolore.
