Help with tyres ?

I am looking for a good all round tyre. I commute 3 miles on road to work everyday but weekends ride canal paths, singletrack and trail centres. I have Maxi advantage on front, looking for a rear tyre with a budget of £40. Thanks in advance.

    There isn't really one tyre that covers all you need. But if you need one I'd say Maxxis Ardent.
