Which Minions for tubeless?

After some years on Conti and Schwalbe I'm returning to Maxxis.
What tyre would you recommend to run tubeless on Flow EX rims (tape and sealant only).
I ride S. Wales trail centres and off to Morzine next month.
Won't be buying dual-ply as they'll be a killer everywhere except the Alps.
Looking at the dhf exo 2.5 super tacky...

If you're looking at single ply Minion's, look at the Specialized Butcher Control.
It's basically a Minion but better in every way. Grippier, faster, lighter and 2Bliss casing so tubeless ready. The 2.3 also isn't massively undersize, it's about the same size as a 2.5 Minion. I use one with a tube on my Flow EX but I will eventually be running tubeless.0 -
I've looked at the Butcher a fair bit...
You reckon there's more grip than the 42a Super Tacky?
What do you run on the back with it?2011 Specialized Enduro Comp

I personally find there's more grip than the 2.35 Super Tacky Minon and High Roller, yes. I use a 2.25 Crossmark on the back. Great combo, fast, grippy, tough and not overly heavy.0
