Which Hybrid? (£200-£300ish)

Hi guys, I'm really keen to start cycling as I haven't done for a while
I want a bike suitable for
- road use
- the occasional longer distance adventure
- around £200-300

I've been looking around and narrowed it down to these 5. (Is there much difference between them)
Can anyone recommend anything similar?

Also considering Carrera Gryphon (£350) or Carrera Subway (£280) from halfords

Dont know the Norco's but the Carrera Gryphon is much lighter than the other options I think.

If you are going to be cycling long distances then you had best go for the Gryphon as the other hybrids you linked to are more like commuting type hybrids which will be heavier and harder to ride.
