I'm doing a tough run at the weekend 30 miles round Loch Katrine. I'm used to doing 8.5 miles each way daily mon-fri.
Can anyone give me some tips and suggestions for nutrition etc to take before during and after?

    I'm not familiar with the territory. Is it very hilly?
