I think that chain guard is against UCI regs.
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

Possibly, but more of a triantelope thing, so UCI compliance not a worry. I could see Greg66 on this for his Ironman attempt. :D

A step through would make transition marginally easier for tired legs.

Wouldn't a proper triantelope bike have a deep section rear, rather than the disc? There again, the bars are higher than the saddle, which does scream triantelope.

Forget the chain guard; frame's not UCI-legal either, has to have a proper top tube.
    Pannier, 120rpm.

The thing that puts me off is the +17 degree stem. Flip it so that it's horizontal, and I'm all over that bad boy like a rash.
Swim. Bike. Run. Yeah. That's what I used to do.

And a huge bag full of food on the [non-existent] toptube.
