Edit: I wonder if they can retroactively test? If so, I can already imagine the L'Equipe headline three years hence.

    This is where the UCI or whoever should announce that they will be setting aside some money for retroactive testing when the test is ready. (If they then actually do the testing that's a bonus)

    Instead there will be a clamour for the money to be spent on a truth and reconciliation process so riders from 10 years ago can lie to us.
