Love the colour-scheme! Handlebars tilted that much does look a little silly, but hey, whatever's comfortable!

The drops should be horizontal with the floor in my opinion. Otherwise, nice bike.

Pretty sure those bars are designed to be like that. The tops would angle down otherwise.

However the shifters are mounted too high!

Thats how I have mine. Its personal preference but the shifters definitely need moving.

Spokesmans wheels made them for me. Pro-lite 30mm deep alu rims with Novatec hubs. 1,600g wheelset on my scales

Yes and you're right with your bars, however, if he did the same, the part of the bar that comes out level with the ground at the moment, flowing into the shifters, would be angled down, if you see what I mean?

Which spokes were they built with?
How much were they, if you don't mind?

Those bars! Do you not get wrist pain? Can you ride comfortably in the drops and brake/change gears?

Put bike on turbo. Take the shifters off, loosen the clamp a bit, rotate the bars whilst holding the drops so you are comfortable in the drops, tighten clamp, adjust shifters for comfort...

I'm pretty adamant that those bars are how they should be, it's the shifters that are wrong.

    See this bianchi:

Changed the saddle to the Arione R3 team one and KCNC seatpost to save some weight
