    It's not exclusively a Scandinavian thing. There was a story on the BBC news website a few years ago about a guy in Scotland being done for committing an obscene act with a bicycle in his hotel room. It didn't say if the act was consensual or not. Also how do they know what he was doing if he was in a hotel room?
    This has been discussed at length in the office.
