GPS routes website

have been lucky enough to pilfer my dads old handheld GPS unit (garmin GPSMAP 62S) as he's bought a new one. Can anyone recomend a good website to download waymarked routes from?

from a quick search, tehre appear to be a fair few options around, just looking for advice on which is best / most reliable routes / easiest to use from those that use them

Quite a few out there I use http://www.gpsies.com and http://www.bikely.com/ Both seem to be fine so far with no bugs to get in your GPS (fingers crossed I havent jinxed myself)
