Carbon Fork Advice

I'm embarking on a 'dream bike' project soon. I'm going to be building my own steel frame from 853 and I've pretty much specced all of it but the fork is giving me a bit of a headache.
The frame will have a standard headset and therfore the fork has to be designed for use with a 1.125" non-integrated headset. Curved rather than straight blade andI would prefer stiffness over lightness, I dont want it flexing too much when I brake hard for big downhill corners. Bump absorption is a bonus but not a priority. My budget is probably up to about £200 but I would prob go higher if someone shows me the 'perfect fork'.
cheers
