Some good bib shorts are also a sound investment.

Aye, i used SPDs because i used to cycle to work on it, I found they were easier to unclip in a tricky situation than road pedals.

I could do with another pair of bibs tbh.

Nothing. It's a decent bike isn't it? If I hadn't had a fitting I'd be tempted to get one from a reputable fitter.

I'd put some Conti Grandprix tyres on with supersonic tubes

or a KCNC seatpost to shed some weight

If I was to spend it on the bike, then I would buy some better tyres and Swissstop pads.
