Fizik mouldable insoles

I bought these online so do not have access to a special Fizik flash fit oven. Can you oven these yourself and if so how hot for how long ?

    No. Even if you manage to oven them properly (and you'll overcook them in your kitchen), you don't have the platforms to form them (and even those suck when compared to vac-pads).

    Thanks man, will they eventually form from riding or am I essentially goosed ?

    They won't form from riding. I'd send them back.

    Yes. I was a fitter for many years and worked with all manner of Sidas products.
