Hey guys
Just wondering I have a dimaond back overdrive 2012 model, and I'm having a couple issues with it and its still under warranty.
I checked their website and its rubbish, all the have is a address to send in an enquiry to them, and says contact dealer first. I contacted amazon and they told me to go to their website
my bike I believe requires servicing or even a completely new bike and I need to contacted diamondback but they dont have a contact email or phone on their website, I've been reading reviews on amazon were people say their customer service is outstanding but I dont see how I can contact them directly.
Any help ? Thanks

you do not need to contact diamondback they do not deal with the public.
your contract is with the place that sold it to you.
so back to Amazon."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

And I don't think Amazon actually sell them, so the seller who sold it via Amazon.
What specifically are the issues.I don't do smileys.

As already stated above, more information is required.
A bike service is not a warranty issue, so what's wrong with it?0
