Manitou tower
the manitou is the lightest and the trace the heaviest, but that comes in at the same weight as the recon currently fitted (took it off to weigh it) they all scored the same in reviews and nobody seems to say anything bad about any of them... appearance wise I prefer the Trace, but do I want 34mm stanchions or would I be better off saving some weight - it looks to me as if the slide and trace use the same internals anyway...
