Looking at getting some new 100mm travel forks, and been looking at fox and DT swiss, just wondering on what peoples opinions are on these brands really, or anything I should look out for?

Three things
You might want to be more specific. Bike, riding what, steerer, budget etc.

As above, what for, more specifically your riding style
RockshoxCurrently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
the 200hr service interval on the DT's wins it everyday, much nicer fork - personally wouldn't go near another fox fork until they up their game and improve durability and start justifying the outrageous price tag... Also the only Rockshox I've ever managed to get set up to ride nicely was the 2013 sid the rest are donkeys0

Cheers for that mate, they look quite nice actually and have all the features
Will bare them in mind0 -
Can't beat Rockshox for reliability and quality. I have tried some 120mm DT forks and they felt a bit rubbish to be honest. Spares are easier to get for Rockshox and any idiot can service them.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
