I know they both have a flaw

first one is if you put it in 45 degree you can take them off but my bike be padlocked so I cant see them be able to even put bike at 45 as I be using a small thick chain

second one is using a standard allen key but sooner or later it would probly round off then im in trouble

third one doesn't have any weakness I don't think but if I lost the key then I after pay out for a new set or if the slot rounded off then trouble

so far im thinking of first one

If someone wants your bike enough they'll have it, if you must just normal hex allen key, I use Halo on my commuter, no problems in 3,500 miles. When the bike is parked at work I use a 12mm cable through the wheels as well.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
  • I use Pinhead (http://www.pinheadcomponents.com/) on my commuter,I'm really happy with them. The "locking nut" is domed with 3 indents inserted. A key is supplied, obviously, which has a code on it. If you then register the key, you can buy a replacement if you are unfortunate enough to lose it, or for peace of mind for $19.99.(not sure if U.S or Canada) They also have headset lock, which I use to guard against the theft of my Bombers, seat tube lock and saddle lock. Only 2 downsides, which are the front wheel can become loose if riding offroad only. The other is that I have had to replace the keyring supplied. If you do decide to buy these don't use the Raleigh site, I've just checked and they are not on there.
