Claud Butler Urban 100 stolen in Liverpool

On Monday 17/06/2013, my bike was stolen from outside the Liver Building.
The thief cut through two steel cable locks in direct view of a CCTV camera and rode off on it.
It has since been sighted in the Bootle area, being ridden by "a chubby lad with black hair".
Not the best description, but it's all I have!
The bike:
Claud Butler Urban 100, 2005 model, black.
- New handlebar grips (Specialized Bodygeometry Contour XCT, gold cuffs)
- New saddle (Specialized Riva road saddle)
- Cat Eye front & rear lights
It also features a set of crap plastic mudguards and the housing for a cheap bike computer which is in my bedside drawer.
It's by no means a flashy or expensive bike, but it's mine and I want it back.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.
