Just opened a bottle of this and the colour and consistency is different from the one I just finished.

The new lube is yellow and very runny, whereas the previous one was white with a thickish consistency, and much better to use imo.

Has anyone had the same experience?

I'm not liking this yellow runny stuff.

Have you shaken it.? It should thicken. Have to re-lube the chain pretty frequently with this lube though...I haven't been overly impressed with it TBH

I've used it too and also not been impressed with it. Have switched to Rock 'n' Roll Extreme which lasts miles longer, makes the drivetrain much smoother and keeps your chain looking cleaner. The Muc Off stuff has been relegated to the pivots of mechs.

Agreed!! I'm binning it and getting something else.

I gave it a good shake for a few minutes also used a thin long spoon handle to stir anything that may have hardened inside the bottom of the bottle, but there was nothing there and t's still runny yellow stuff.

Am I right in thinking the thicker white stuff is the norm?

Tried it. Didn't like it. Went back to using wet lube all the time as it makes everything feel and sound so much smoother. The chain seems to be much easier to get sparkling at its weekly clean too.
