SKS long r`blade and cowled dropouts?

Can SKS racebalde long be fitted to rear skewer if a COWLED dropout --as per Lynskey?
OR does a bit of DIY need to be used such as a P clip instaed on seatstay ?
OR do they just not fit end of?
