Who's pads are the best?

Superstar, Uberbike ETC, or are they all the same in a different bag.

I doubt you could tell the difference. SS come with Haribo so...

I have used SS, Clarkes, Shimano, Disco, Avid, Goodridge, EBC, Swiss stop, Fibrax and probably some others I have forgotten and I can conclusively prove that.................. are the best by at least 999%.

RWD... I've used the SS ones, and various oe ones and most of the major manufacturers but the RWD ones I've been massively impressed with. They've brought my frankly underpowered hope mono minis up to formula esque power and are very consistent and are wearing pretty well.

Otherwise buy oe pads if you're reasonably flush (they tend to fit best) or superstar if you're skint.

Otherwise buy oe pads if you're keen on throwing money away(they tend to fit exactly the same as any other) or superstar if you're savvy......as most of them are made in the same sweat-shop anyway
    Fixed 8)

and you get free Haribo with SS
