You call it a bargain but don't tell us how much? Such a tease.

With those parts it will be very light.
That's the 2012 frame right. Seems to be from looking at the colour scheme.

The CR1 SL is one of the lightest frames of it's type.
Lighter for instance than the S-Works Roubaix, and just as stiff (though not at the head-tube, where the Roubaix is stiffer).

As to the 'bargain...' claim. I'm guessing he bought the frame from Westbrookes Cycles. They had this on offer at a ridiculous discount.
I thought about selling my Roubaix Expert frame and buying this (cause I think the geometry would better suit me riding), but in the end I couldn't be bothered.

    NICE BIKE. Enjoy the riding.

Super massive bargain frames and a great build.
Super rubbish pics though, could you have got anymore patio furniture in the background ?
Like to see it with a better background.

And who built your decking??? That litle 1" step would drive me insane...

'Tis indeed a lovely bike though. Very tidy.

Yea they are crap pics I know will try and do some in work with a neutral background.

    Weight is 14.88lbs

Cost was the silly £499 for the frame. All in as parts came from another bike (Canyon). Had to buy a stem. bars, setapost and bottom bracket for this build. All parts were sourced for the best price I could find. All in say £1.3k the total cost I'd think.

 I did the deck  Yea that step is shite and I meant to sort but rather be riding the bike. :D

The only answer is to make a deeper step. Not ideal but there.

    Very nice.

My Westy Special is currently half way built up, but is very similar to yours (Sram red, Rotor chainset, stronglight rings, but I'm plumping for 3T finishing kit. Only trouble is wondering if I should go for the carvbon bars just to be colour co-ordinated!
I'm currently looking at options for handmade or factory wheels

Tell the bread knife it'll take all weekend to fix the step and be really noisy so best go to outlaws for the weekend. Quickly nail another plank on top the spend the weekend on a grande tour. It's why I save up jobs and say they'll take a whole week!

Did a tot up and it did cost more than £1.3k!

Only invite people round who have very short legs.

    There's always a way.

Thought about one of these myself when Westbrook had them on sale, looks awesome, may still go for the standard pro version.

Tempted, but I don't think I can save up enough lunch money to get it past the bill inspector....
