20" 6-speed alloy wheel on kids bike. Can it be trued? I managed to drop the bike while trying to rack it on the car and it's developed a lateral wobble of 8 or 10 mm. Having trouble finding a replacement wheel online. Also seems to have an old style 'freewheel' rather than a cassette.

Short answer, yes, it can most likely be trued.
