Anyone else pre-order this? Came through early and is exceeding my low expectations, page 62 on Rule 20 is :lol: *



*Disclaimer: I've not read a book in over 10 years and it might not be worthy as toilet paper to most but it's proving enjoyable!

    Cover to cover is 278 pages, I've not spent much time on the website but it is far more than a copy and paste of 'the rules' so I'm going to guess at yes.
