Need a new hydration pack and was looking at the Raptor 14. The Osprey site lists it as 14L, now is that 14L storage plus the 3L bladder or is it like Camelbaks where it states capacity 14L (11L+3L), 3L being the bladder? secondly for those that have it, will I be able to fit my Lezyne micro floor drive pump in no problems? as it's about a foot long.

I've got a Raptor 14. Not sure whether 14l includes bladder or not but it always seems like a generous pack - I fit all my kit in it easily enough even in Winter when I've got emergency jacket as well as my sandwiches etc. I shouldn't have thought you'd struggle to fit your tool in it either - if you put a tape measure inside then it's about 15" top to bottom.

I've got one. It is a generous pack, i can fit tubes, waterproof, plenty of food and a pump in it easily. The pump will slot into the main compartment. I particularly like the tool compartment at the bottom of the pack and also the magnetic bite valve. It also cleans up really easily.

Out of interest, how tall are you and what size did you go for?

Thanks for the info. Might just go for this one, Tredz have it the cheapest at 59.99.

Me? I'm 6'1. Mine is the raptor 14 so according to the osprey site that is a med/large. Its really comfortable, so much so I don't notice it when riding.

OK, so admission, i ve ordered the Zealot not the raptor but I'm sure there's not much difference.

16L version in torso size M/L with a Topeak Master Blaster (35cm long)

The pump fits IN the bag with ease...

but it's not even close to fitting in the tool roll

First impressions are good, but riding it to the station on the Dutch bike is hardly a comprehensive review...

Do the bladders still have the rigid back to them? Hated that on mine, once you fill up the bag it loads a lot of weight into a small area on your upper back (fine if the bag is only half full though).
