Wheel upgrade for giant defy 13

Morning all, just looking for a bit of guidance. What would the minimum spend be for a wheel upgrade for a noticeable difference compared to the stock giant wheels. I do roughly 100 miles a week as a recreational rider so no racing etc. thanks
