threaded or ahead base should ideally be 30mm but could be interested in one I could modify to fit,steerer 200mm or longer please

call any of the distributors and ask them.

or ring round some proper bike shops.

or just let some other mug use that frame as you seem to have been looking for 2 years now.

maybe you could ask in the buying advice section but again the chances of someone having seen one is abit like finding a Hen with some teeth.

you could also try retro bike but I would have thought you would have tried that.
