New fork advice please

Hi,
I'm getting a new fork for my commencal normal. Narrowed it down to two, just wanted to know what anyone thought is the better of the two.

I have a 1 1/8th headset and I'm pretty sure I have a QR axel.
This is first time upgrading my bike and that so hopefully haven't made any school boy errors! Ideally want 120mm (got 100mm currently, suntour XCR) and didnt want to spend more than £300

    Well the Reba say 1.5 steerer so the Manitou, as long as they are the 1 1/8 not tapered.
