I've been tasked with organising a leaving gift for a colleague at work. One of several things we planned to do for him was get a cartoon drawing of him to present to him at his 'do. I know there are caricaturists who will draw people from a posed position but, as this will be a surprise for the guy in question, we obviously have to use a photograph. Anyone know of such a service?

    Despite the fact that his website has a different vibe to what you are expecting to see this guy has done several caricature drawings for me , including one as a leaving present..
