Tough stage. There's a short report here (not by me!):http://www.sterzlmtoer.nl/index.php?page=2&lang=en&id=272
First 3 hours averaged 40kph, despite strong winds, cold and occasional rain. A very tricky parcours with a lot of undulations and some nasty turns, meaning many changes of pace.

Either way, Boom has won the Ster ZLM Toer 2013. Pim Ligthart took the final stage out of a break and Boom finished in the group. Greipel was second and Cav, last year's winner, took third.
