Decided to treat myself to a new bike and being on a limited budget I was going to do a Chinese carbon build, but seen this Hercules SL frameset for a reasonable price in the classifieds. So my aim was to build up a bike with Deda finishing parts, Ultegra and light wheels for the same price as it would have cost new with Tiagra and training wheels (£1400). By buying smart and second hand I just about managed that :D

First impressions are it rides really nice, after riding my tired Trek 1.5 for the last 2 years really is night and day, so smooth and it climbes and descents great.
