Summer waterproof

I need a new summer waterproof (preparing for the summer monsoon). I want something reasonably good quallity, nice and cool and it needs to pack nice and small so I can carry it for emergencies.
Does anyone have any recomendations for up to (an absolute max) £70?

    I was in cotswolds this morning and they had some mountain hardware jackets around £50. They guy told me to be careful with the packlite stuff though as the proofing can get worn off the back and shoulders if you ride with a backpack.
