New bike?

Looking at getting a new bike, the wife has put a £1000 limit on this. I ride trails, and enjoy the local red routes and the odd mess about at the local pump track so looking at a bike more trail orientated bike. The boardman ht pro has caught my eye due to what seems a good spec, but I'm wondering if there are any other good options people could maybe give me :)

    Get yourself on pauls cycles and look for some Bargains......£1K gets you a lot, I'd also look at on-ones (456 or whippet)....
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
